Why do I need to be located in Alberta to play?

To comply with Alberta gaming regulations, we need to confirm that you’re physically located within the province before you can play.

If you’re temporarily outside Alberta, you can still access your account and view your details. However, playing and making deposits will only be available once you’re back in the province.

The moment you return to Alberta, you’ll be able to continue playing as usual.

✅ Switch your internet connection

 If you’re using mobile data, try connecting to Wi-Fi, or vice versa.

✅ Try again after updating your location

Sometimes your device needs a moment to refresh your location.

If you’re using a phone, you might find it helpful to toggle the airplane mode, wait for 15 seconds and turn it back off to refresh the signal.
