Bonus policy

This Policy is an integral part of the Casino Days Terms and Conditions and comes into effect with the Terms and Conditions. Any general terms shall apply to this Policy, except where explicitly excluded. Any bonus you have will be subject to this policy.

From time to time, you can get different types of bonuses at Casino Days, these different bonus types can have different qualifications or conditions before withdrawals can be made. 

Cash reload

1. A cash bonus is when you receive cash after meeting the wagering conditions. You are free to withdraw this amount any time after the conditions have been met. The cash bonus amount can be either a fixed sum or a percentage of your deposit up to a certain amount.

2. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, all cash bonuses must be wagered 35 times the sum of cash you receive upon meeting the wagering conditions.

3. All cash bonuses must be completed within 7 days of claiming the offer, after this period the offer will be voided.

4. Any bonus balance from a cash reload bonus must be wagered within 7 days of receiving the bonus, remaining bonus and wagering amount after this period will be voided.

5. If necessary, you can add more funds after your initial deposit in order to meet the wagering conditions.

Reload bonuses

6. A Reload Bonus is when you receive a bonus amount upon making a deposit. The bonus amount can be either a fixed sum or a percentage of your deposit up to a certain amount.

7. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, all reload bonuses must be wagered 35 times the sum of the received bonus.

8. Any bonus balance from a reload bonus must be wagered within 7 days of receiving the bonus, remaining bonus and wagering amount after this period will be voided.

Instant feature bonus

9. An instant feature bonus is when you get brought directly into a game feature on a specific game (usually known as a free spins round or feature).

10. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, all winnings from an instant feature bonus must be wagered 35 times the winning sum of the feature.

11. All feature bonuses must be used within 1 day of receiving them, unused feature bonuses will automatically be cancelled.

12. All winnings from the feature bonus must be completed within 1 day of receiving the bonus, remaining bonus after this period will be voided.

Bonus spins

13. Bonus spins is when you get spins to play on a specific slot game.

14. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, all winnings from bonus spins will have to be wagered 35 times the winning sum of the feature.

15. All bonus spins must be used within 1 day of receiving them, unused bonus spins will automatically be cancelled.

16. All winnings from the bonus spins must be completed within 1 day of receiving the bonus, remaining bonus after this period will be voided.

17. Unless stated in the offer, all bonus spins will be the minimum spin value of the game. If you are given flexible bonus spins you can choose the stake amount yourself. The number of spins you receive will vary depending on the offer.

Free cash

18. Free cash is real money and can be utilized without any wagering conditions.

19. Any free cash offers must be claimed within 1 day of receiving the offer.

Cashback

20. Player can earn up to 20% cashback on net losses. 

21. The cashback bonus is not available to all players and is only available to those who reach VIP status. 

22. The wagering requirement for the cashback is 1x.

23. All wagering on bonuses must be completed within 7 days of claiming the offer, after this period the cashback bonus will be voided.

24. There is no limit on the max bet amount when wagering cashback

25. The cashback bonus is worked out each week with the Net losses calculated based on account activity from Thu 0:01 to Wed 23:59 CET.

26. The cashback is credited on Thursday each week.

Bonus money

27. Bonus money is when you are given an amount of bonus funds to play with.

28. Bonus money received must be used within 1 day of receiving, unused bonus will automatically be cancelled.

29. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, all bonus money funds must be wagered 35 times before these funds can be withdrawn.

30. Any bonus money must be wagered within 7 days of receiving the bonus, the remaining bonus and wagered amount after this period will be voided.

Wagering whilst having active bonus offer(s)

31. Whilst having an active bonus the maximum bet allowed is $10 per spin, $1 per bet line or for card and table games the total maximum stake is $10 until the wagering requirements have been met. This includes double up wagers, gamble features or buying features. 

31.1. Any games that have an in-game option to choose a no-commission functionality.

32. Casino Days reserves the right of voiding bets and winnings resulting from bets of larger amounts as well as applying a wagering penalty on current bonus(es). Unless otherwise stated, bonus(es) will be wagered in the order they are given to you and can only be wagered one by one.

34. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through "state" games, bonus stages on games or games with similar features can result in the winnings from the final bonus round(s) being removed or any other winnings from the bonus offer as well.

35. Winnings from in-game "free spin" or "bonus" features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited will be removed.

36. Playing on table games and video poker or other low margin games for the purpose of building up your balance before switching to slot machines with the purpose of achieving wagering conditions can result in your winnings being confiscated.

37. Zero, low risk bets or hedge betting on any games (i.e. betting in proportions on different outcomes for the same hand to wager with minimal risk) is prohibited. Examples of minimal risk bets include betting on red and black simultaneously in Roulette, and betting on player and banker simultaneously in Baccarat. Players who are found to be adopting these practices risk of having their bonus and winnings confiscated.

38. The following games may not be played using bonus funds:

• Any games considered to be a crash style game. 

• Any game considered to be a Mine style game. 

• Any Yggdrasil game.

• Any Booming game.

• Any game with an In-Game Progressive jackpot feature.

Bonus winnings, abuse and other

39. Unless otherwise stated, maximum winnings or withdrawals resulting from any bonus, bonus spins or bonus cash without deposit will be $50.

40. Your player account must be fully verified, and a minimum deposit must have been made in order to process a withdrawal from a free bonus without any deposit.

41. Where any type of reload or deposit bonus has been granted to you, subject to you having met all wagering conditions, you might be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 10 times your deposit amount. Any remaining balance will be considered forfeited. This clause will only be applied at the discretion of the management. Progressive jackpot wins are exempt from this clause.

42. You can only have one active bonus at a time.

43. Any active bonus will expire upon cash-in. Any claim made to this bonus after a cash-in has been requested, whether pending or paid, will render the bonus void.

44. Any deposits made prior to successfully claiming a bonus from the rewards section will not qualify for any related deposit bonuses, regardless of the promotion's validity dates.

45. Before any cash-ins are processed, all play will be reviewed for irregular playing patterns.

46. Bonuses offered by Casino Days are intended for genuine recreational players only. The bonuses are not intended to be given to players that could be classified as "bonus hunters" or "bonus abusers".

47. The management of Casino Days casino reserves the right to withhold or seize any bonuses or winnings gained as a result of fraudulent or otherwise unfair practices.
